AGPO
Eligible for youth-reserved tenders.
Section 157 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 requires every public body to reserve at least 30 percent of its procurement budget for enterprises owned by youth, women and persons with disabilities. The Access to Government Procurement Opportunities programme certifies who qualifies.
