Engineering and construction

Project management

We can join your project before the drawings are finished, price the design as it develops, manage the construction for you, or take the whole job as design-build with one point of responsibility.

Questions

Asked before a quotation.

What is design-build?

One contract for design and construction. We team with a design firm, the designer develops the building and we review it for cost and buildability, and you deal with one team for both.

Do I need BIM?

Not always. A model pays for itself on buildings with many services in tight spaces, or where quantities drive the budget. We tell you whether your job is one of those.

Next step

Ask for a quotation for project management.

Send drawings, a bill of quantities or a list if you have them. Tell us where and by when.

We reply to every enquiry within one working day.Proposed
